And that very incident occurred at the Breeders’ Cup meet in the city of Kentucky, United States, local media report.
Michael Wells-Rody who is 24-years-old reportedly sneaked into “a restricted area”, grabbed a horse and was “in the track entrance”.
And that exactly was the case before the security operatives made a decision to stop him, according to police report.
The official police statement added he was “under the influence of alcoholic beverages”.
They also stated in very clear terms that the man was “loud and disorderly” when they asked him to dismount.
